**Terms and Conditions - Driven Young Program Retreat in Bali**

**1. Eligibility:**

Participants must be individuals between the ages of 18-30 years old who are seeking personal growth, community engagement, and cultural exploration.
All attendees must possess a valid passport with at least six months of validity beyond the return date and obtain any required travel documents for entry into Bali.
Participants are required to ensure compliance with all immigration and customs regulations of Indonesia.

**2. Program Details:**

The retreat experience extends over 6 nights, offering a comprehensive schedule of immersive activities designed to foster personal development, social connection, and cultural appreciation.
Accommodation arrangements will be made for all participants for the duration of the retreat. Details regarding accommodation facilities, check-in/out procedures, and room assignments will be communicated well in advance to ensure a smooth and comfortable stay.
The program includes a diverse range of activities such as workshops, outdoor excursions, team-building exercises, cultural immersions, and opportunities for self-reflection and growth.
Upon registration, participants will receive a detailed itinerary outlining the schedule of events, workshop topics, and special activities planned for each day.

**3. Code of Conduct:**

Participants are expected to adhere to a standard of behavior that promotes mutual respect, inclusivity, open-mindedness, and cooperation throughout the duration of the retreat.
Disruptive, disrespectful, or harmful behavior towards fellow participants, staff members, or local communities will not be tolerated and may result in immediate dismissal from the program without refund.
Participants are encouraged to engage actively in all scheduled activities, contribute positively to group dynamics, and demonstrate empathy and understanding towards others' perspectives and experiences.

**4. Health and Safety:**

The health and safety of participants are of paramount importance throughout the retreat.
Participants are responsible for maintaining their physical and mental well-being during the program and are encouraged to communicate any medical conditions, allergies, dietary restrictions, or special requirements during the registration process.
The organizer reserves the right to modify or cancel scheduled activities, adjust program itineraries, or implement safety protocols as deemed necessary to ensure the well-being of all participants.
Emergency medical assistance will be accessible throughout the retreat, and participants will be briefed on safety procedures, emergency contacts, and local healthcare resources upon arrival.

**5. Alcohol Policy:**

Alcoholic beverages may be available during certain events or social gatherings as part of the retreat experience.
While moderate alcohol consumption is permitted, participants are reminded to drink responsibly and exercise moderation.
Excessive or irresponsible drinking that disrupts the harmony of the group, compromises personal safety, or violates local regulations is strictly prohibited.
Participants are encouraged to prioritize their well-being and make informed decisions regarding alcohol consumption during the retreat.

**6. Cancellation and Refund Policy:**

Participants may cancel their registration for the retreat within a 7-day window from the date of registration for a full refund.
Refund requests made after the 7-day refund window will be considered only if the participant provides written notice to Driven Young at least 60 days prior to the start date of the retreat and presents a valid circumstance or excuse that necessitates cancellation. Valid circumstances may include medical emergencies, family crises, unforeseen travel disruptions, or other extenuating circumstances beyond the participant's control.
All refund requests must be submitted in writing to the organizer, accompanied by supporting documentation or evidence verifying the validity of the circumstance or excuse.
The organizer reserves the right to review and approve refund requests on a case-by-case basis, considering the nature and timing of the cancellation, the impact on program logistics, and any contractual obligations or financial commitments incurred by Driven Young.
Participants whose refund requests are approved will receive a partial refund of the registration fee, with the amount determined at the discretion of the organizer based on the circumstances and timing of the cancellation.
Refunds will be processed within a reasonable timeframe following the approval of the refund request, and participants will be notified of the outcome via email or other designated communication channels.
Participants are responsible for any transaction fees, currency conversion costs, or other expenses incurred in processing the refund, which may be deducted from the refunded amount at the discretion of the organizer.
In the event that a participant fails to provide the required notice or documentation to support their refund request, or if the circumstance or excuse provided is deemed invalid or insufficient by Driven Young, the participant will forfeit their right to a refund, and the registration fee will be non-refundable.
The organizer reserves the right to amend or update the cancellation and refund policy at any time, with any changes communicated to participants through the provided contact information or via official communication channels.

**7. Photography and Media:**

Participants may be photographed, videotaped, or recorded during various activities, workshops, or events throughout the retreat.
By attending the retreat, participants grant the organizer and its affiliates the unrestricted, worldwide, royalty-free license to use, reproduce, distribute, and display their likeness, images, and testimonials in promotional materials, marketing campaigns, social media platforms, and other media channels.
Participants who wish to opt-out of media coverage or have concerns regarding the use of their personal information and likeness should notify the organizer in writing prior to the start of the retreat.

**8. Intellectual Property (IP) Agreement:**

Participants acknowledge and agree that any intellectual property, creative works, ideas, inventions, or contributions developed or shared during the retreat shall become the exclusive property of the organizer.
Participants hereby grant the organizer and its affiliates a perpetual, irrevocable, worldwide, royalty-free license to use, reproduce, adapt, modify, distribute, and sublicense any materials or intellectual property generated during the retreat for promotional, educational, or commercial purposes.
The organizer commits to respecting participants' rights and interests in their intellectual property and will seek explicit consent before utilizing any materials for commercial endeavors or profit-generating activities.

**9. Liability and Indemnity:**

Participants assume full responsibility for their personal safety, health, and well-being throughout the duration of the retreat.
The organizer, its employees, agents, partners, and affiliates shall not be held liable for any loss, injury, damage, or harm incurred by participants as a result of their participation in the retreat, including but not limited to accidents, illnesses, injuries, thefts, or natural disasters.
Participants agree to indemnify and hold harmless the organizer and its representatives from any claims, liabilities, damages, losses, or expenses arising from or related to their actions, conduct, or participation in the retreat.

**10. Dispute Resolution:**

Any disputes, disagreements, or conflicts arising from or related to these terms and conditions, the retreat program, or participant interactions shall be resolved through amicable negotiation and mediation.
In the event that a resolution cannot be reached through negotiation, both parties agree to submit to binding arbitration in accordance with the laws of the jurisdiction where the retreat takes place.
Arbitration proceedings shall be conducted in a fair, impartial, and confidential manner, with the costs and expenses shared equally between the parties involved.

**11. Miscellaneous:**

Participants are responsible for arranging and covering the costs of their travel to and from the retreat location, including transportation, visas, and travel insurance.
Changes to the retreat program, schedule, or itinerary may occur due to unforeseen circumstances, logistical considerations, or local conditions. Participants will be promptly notified of any changes or updates via email, website announcements, or group communications.
